We have stated there for 3 nights. The cleanness of the room was good, towels and linen have been changed every day, the hotel provides one-off soap, shampoo and a bottle of the water. The location is perfect for visiting other cities and Dead Sea, for example. Also you can reach the Old Town by bus (20 min) or by foot (approximately 50 min). The hotel is near is a building area, but it's quite at the 4th floor. The breakfast it's ok if you planned to stay in a hotel for 3-4 days, not too delicious, but nice and simple buffet. a little tip: there is a wonderful stall near the hotel placed at the central bus station building where you can taste squeezed orange juice :)
Outrageous price for tiny room with zero amenities (no functional A/C, cigarette smoke in lobby, 2 thin towels, dingy room, high priced low-quality buffet with unsafe food handling practices, old beat-up furniture, ). Much better pricing for much higher quality and cleaner rooms were available in town i.e. Crown Plaza Jerusalem ($75/night cheaper and 100x better)
Oustanding experience, excellent customer service, good comunication, good interaction with travelers, love it, enjoy it to the fullest with friends and family, nice enviroment.
I have no complaints, it was such a great service.
The first time I attempted to stay here, I was horrified at how horrible a hotel it was and always recommended for people to never stay here. However, I was very pleasantly surprised at my visit this time. It really was lovely, clean and updated, the staff was accommodating and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
The thing I hated the most was that the beds kept sliding apart. When you are there for a romantic getaway, the last thing you need is a canyon in the middle of the bed. It was never ending, even while sleeping there was a massive hole in the middle of the bed. There must be a way to strap the beds together or to get a solid double/king bed!!!
Very good location for individual travellers (proximity to the Central Bus station), good price/quality ratio, friendly staff, high quality and diverse breakfast
For me this location is so central to all the rest of the city. the central bus station to take day trips to many other destinations in israel is so helpful. getting back late from somewhere is not a problem especially for women it is so safe and you feel ok doing so.. this is an ideal location to take a small group or large group to tour the land of israel. traveling alone this time the staff were so helpful in so many ways getting me taxi's and helping explain to the driver where I wanted to go.
Fairly priced relatevly contemporary interior
Pay for wi fi with low or very low signal poor breakfast and not attentive stuff
The hotel need renew but for the money its Ok not too stay more than 2 nioghts
The internet not bwork but room clean and is not bead
The most we like are very polite staff, good breakfast, which contains European and national cousin, beautiful interior. Location is good, if you travel by bus (2 minutes from central bus station). There is a bus #1, which goes from hotel to the old city. Excellent hotel.
The staff was accommodating and did their best to help us. They had fresh orange juice waiting for us when we arrived at the hotel.
The carpet in our room was damp and the room had a faint smell of mildew. The walls had chipping paint and the air conditioning broke in the middle of the night when it was over 100 degrees. The staff did try to be as helpful as possible but the a/c was not working for a few hours in the middle of the night which was terribly hot and frustrating.
Not customer friendly would nor recommend it rude
Located next to central bus station, shopping mall, restaurants and taxis. easy to travel to any location in Israel, the breakfast is great, the staff are friendly and would organise anything you want, the hotel is equivalent to 7 stars rating, clean, great value for money. I highly recommend it for leisure and business, enjoyed every minute of it.
Everything was excellent in a very busy historical city. I enjoyed so much I booked another two nights.
Location si great beside the central bus station and mrt. Easy access to anywhere in Jerusalam.
The reception staff is not so helpful. Cleanliness is very fair and we have problem in finding good restaurant with good food nearby.
i liked the price and the central location
I am still very upset-we ordered a baby cot and atriple room-after asking four times we arrived back at night time to our room only to find the cot out side the door and third bed not made yet. Hotel room was dirty and reception manager very rude-only the room stewards were apologised and tried to help. I would not recommend this hotel for people who are used to service and hotel orientated establishments.
